- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the work so I prefer if it is possible to first look at the job and give to my customers a free estimate without any commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pay attention to every detail that they choose and take the time until the customer is satisfied the impression it's what we're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience in remodeling homes with three years of electricity and two years in plumbing and I continue to study not to be the only one but the best because you never finish learning there is always something new!!
