Lino was great about keeping me posted when he was coming or leaving. Was open to all my comments and was very accomodating. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. And, he even picked up outdoor outlet covers and placed them for the cost of the covers ($8.00) on a job that I had contracted with Dass Maintenance and it was never completed. He's very punctual, did a great job of clean up and protecting my belongings during painting. Would definitely hire again. Cost was very reasonable.

We had such a hard time finding someone to come out and complete this project. We were so happy to find Lino who was quick to respond and was even able to move his schedule around to paint our office before a last minute event. He was professional and worked quickly and did a great job! We plan on using him again if we have any needs.

Lino did an excellent job power washing and painting my front porch. He was very responsive, communicated with me about when he would be there, and did a thorough job. I would definitely hire him again.

Lino is very agreeable to work with and he did a great job on my interior painting and handyman tasks. He is a little less responsive than I'd prefer but eventually you hear from him
