FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide pricing based on the condition of the surfaces, amount of preparation required, size and complexity of the project, and the products selected. Our estimates are designed to be clear about what is included so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact – We discuss the customer's painting needs, goals, and any concerns about the property. On-site evaluation – I inspect the areas to be painted, including the condition of the surfaces and the amount of preparation required. Detailed estimate – I provide a clear estimate explaining the scope of work, preparation, materials, and total price. Color and product selection – We discuss paint colors, finishes, and the appropriate products for the project. Scheduling – Once the customer approves the estimate, we agree on a start date and project schedule. Preparation – I protect the customer's property and properly prepare the surfaces before applying paint. Painting – The work is completed with attention to coverage, clean lines, and a quality finish. Final walkthrough – I review the completed work with the customer, address any concerns, and make sure the job site is clean.
