Rich painted several exterior and interior doors, repaired and painted walls, painted trim and ceilings. He gave a fair estimate which we reviewed before he started work and priced accordingly. He was trustworthy and very diligent about the products, color and final results. I would have him work in my home again.

I needed my home painted on short notice and Richard really delivered. He started and finished on time, came in under his bid with quality work and a great attitude. They need to not represent themselves as CCB licensed when they are not. They need to show up on time and leave the workplace clean each day. They should respect the homeowners property (and probably should not have to borrow tools!) . The interior job took 3x longer than estimated and we cancelled the exterior job after we saw the poor workmanship on power washing and attempt at scraping. They kept over 33% of the total payment for exterior work and refused to return any more of the money. I would recommend you hire a professional team to paint, not Custom Color Works.

Not true, all false. This is slander and exaggerated. !!! I did exactly what I said I was going to do. She just didn't want to pay the bill, that she agreed to It looked great. Will be posting pics of that one next. These people seemed to me to be con artists.

Rich is an excellent painter. My home is ~1800 sq ft and I requested the painting of the entire house before move in. I also requested the eco-friendly material because I have a little kid. Rich discussed with me on various color choices and gave me lots of consultation because the color on the color book does not quite different from what is painted on the wall. My ceiling had a few holes so it needs touch up to fix it. The previous owner did not leave any color code for us so Rich could only guess what paint should be used to match the existing color. He tried a couple of times and finally the new paint matches very very closely to the previous color. He always tried to deliver the highest quality work when possible. The price is also reasonable to me. Rich's team worked three days in my house and finished the project on time. He also painted some additional areas as a bonus. My bath room has 3 coatings without extra charge even though we only agreed to have 2. I would recommend him to any one who needs painting professionals.

Exchange contact information, set up estimate, send email, write up official contract, accept deposit, consult for colors, schedule and complete the job, walk the job with customer after touch ups, accept final payment and enjoy the smiles
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
absolutely, I am always educating myself to stay on top of the trade and busines. We are also required to take reeducation courses every two years now.
