I came to Brandon after hurting my back trying to do dead lifts. Not only did Brandon show me proper dead lift form, but he introduced me to kettle bells. We worked for several months with kettle bells and I built the strength and confidence that I needed to perform dead lifts without the fear of injury. He is professional and friendly, and his knowledge and passion for fitness coaching is powerful.

Brandon is a great coach. Very detailed and knows what he's doing. He is a kettlebell expert and if I had any questions with kettlebells, I would go to Brandon. He also corrects my form if I'm doing something wrong. He will correct my form even from the slightest movement and that's something that not many trainers do. He will show you modification workouts to me advanced workouts. Brandon is definitely the trainer who would start at the level you are at and progress from there. Overall, Brandon will inspire anybody to be better!

Great overall! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful - and fun! I am making consistent progress without being miserable - gaining strength and increased flexibility. Workouts seem to help my energy and concentration as well.

I was able to work with Brandon as a personal trainer as well as in a group setting in a kettlebell camp he instructed. Sometimes bodyweight movements look deceptively simple but to properly perform even the most basic movements require knowledge about and experience with form, body mechanics and technique. I can tell you that Brandon seems to master all of those. In addition to just the mechanics and even physics of exercise Brandon was able to comprehensively evaluate my needs and wants and was able to come up with a structured plan. Not only do I feel like Brandon leads by example but I believe he has the science and research behind his methods to train anyone in need. He does not take the easy short way to losing weight or getting “fit”. He teaches you methods that can guide you to lifelong health and fitness.
