- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing has not changed much. I charge $20 per hour because I do a great job and cleaning requires hard work. Customers have paid me more in the past but it was at their discretion or when a higher price was negotiated. I do not negotiate a lower price than $20 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like it when a customer contacts me by phone or email and tells me exactly what they need in detail for their cleaning needs. Then we can talk about price more specifically, pet details and preferences.
