- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I have a solid understanding of your needs, I will provide a formal quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer taking you out for coffee or via Skype initially. I want to understand at what point in the planning process you are and your specific needs. My main job is to make you look like a rockstar on the big day and so I must gain an understanding of you and your specific circumstances before moving to the next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been fortunate enough to gain a wide variety of experience within the event planning industry over the years. My first job out of college was at an event production agency. I have worked in marketing for 7 years, along with selling wedding gowns on and off for 3. Additionally, I had my own artisan chocolate truffle company for almost 2 years, selling personalize favors for weddings and special events, along with corporate client giving. It's been a very fun ride so far!
