A pretty simple window pane repair job, he broke the new glass twice. The house couldn't be secured until the door was fixed, so the good thing is he made it right, replacing the glass and working until the job was done. The bad thing was that I was stuck at the job site for hours waiting while he collected replacement glass and finally completed the repair. I had been at the location since 7am and had to stay until 10pm and cancel plans with family.

Started off ok.. had a zoom call to see the shop that needed organizing. Made an appt for the following Wednesday…waited around then got a message she was busy could we reschedule for tomorrow, I agreed then same thing. She forgot and was busy but could come later. I waited around then finally got a text she would show up with someone at 215 knowing I had to leave at 3. She said they both could knock it out quickly. I declined because we scheduled for the morning again and knocking it out quickly wouldn’t work for an organizing job
