A pretty simple window pane repair job, he broke the new glass twice. The house couldn't be secured until the door was fixed, so the good thing is he made it right, replacing the glass and working until the job was done. The bad thing was that I was stuck at the job site for hours waiting while he collected replacement glass and finally completed the repair. I had been at the location since 7am and had to stay until 10pm and cancel plans with family.

For organizing; I like to schedule a video chat beforehand and get a game plan and see the area/areas of priority. I provide this 30 min free consultation before our appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
