The best there is! Cody is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. With just one session a week, his dedication, enthusiasm, and optimism will get you to reach the goal that you’re striving for. Cody is thorough in his work and is excellent at accommodating to whomever he is working with. He is very attentive and cares about his clients, assisting in any way needed and correcting form to avoid any injuries and ensure the best experience possible. The greatest PT there is, I highly recommend :).
