Between Ryan and Liam, ReBrand has more than 13 years of experience achieving results with all body types and fitness levels. We aim to educate, teach and build lasting life changes. So eventually, you are capable of doing it on your own. ReBrand is in association with TTP Fitness, a private training facility where we have all the necessary workout and body imaging equipment to set you up for success.

I have been working with Liam for nearly 3 years and, in addition to my own experience, I have watched him work with numerous clients (men and women) at varying stages of their fitness journey. What impresses me the most about Liam is his ability to find the right combinations of training/nutrition regimes and emotional support to keep us motivated, confident, and moving forward. As we all know, these things change day to day based on how we’re feeling both physically and emotionally. Liam has a great sense for when he needs to cheer me on, slow things down, step things up, pivot to a different exercise, and/or give me a kick in the a$$ when I am whining about doing burpees, Bulgarian split squats, or any of my other “favorite” exercises. I highly recommend Liam and am confident you’ll be happy with your experience if you work with him.

I had a great experience working with Liam as my personal trainer. He really helped me improve my mobility and did a great job keeping me motivated throughout our sessions. Liam took the time to teach me proper form, which I really appreciated, and his sense of humor made the workouts enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and engaging trainer.
