The focus of ReBrand training is body recomposition. We achieve weightloss, strength gain, and body recomp through personalized meal plans and nutrional understanding. Between Ryan and Liam, ReBrand has more than 13 years of experience achieving results with all body types and fitness levels. We aim to educate, teach and build lasting life changes. So eventually, you are capable of doing it on your own. ReBrand is in association with TTP Fitness, a private training facility where we have all the necessary workout and body imaging equipment to set you up for success.

I had a great experience working with Liam as my personal trainer. He really helped me improve my mobility and did a great job keeping me motivated throughout our sessions. Ryan is an amazing trainer. He is great at not only planning the workout but explaining what “feel” you are aiming for to get the most out of each exercise.
I have a bad shoulder and Ryan has been able to modify exercises and workout plans that accommodate my limitations but still push me.
