I have experience working with buyers, sellers and investors. I have done many out of the box transaction. I have worked on transactions that are seller carried, assumable loans, multifamily units, MFH in parks. I have helped clients with estate sells and divorce listing. Even if we have to work just to get the house ready to go on the market I'm here to help.
