We received 4 bids for mold remediation and went with ServiceMaster because of their in-depth and thoughtful proposal. Kevin and the tech Jake were amazing from day 1. Kevin was very responsive and checked in throughout the project, ensuring everything was going well. And Jake arrived early the first morning and immediately got to work. We had an unforeseen issue come up that put a delay on things and Jake was more than accommodating! He even came on the weekend to help us get the project finished on-time. All along, Kevin and Jake were so upfront and honest about the work. So honest that they even recommended against doing some work that turned out to be totally unnecessary - work that they could have easily told us we needed done and charged us for. That honesty, hard work and amazing customer service goes a long way. We'll definitely use ServiceMaster All Phase Restoration again!

Hello Kristin. We are sorry that nobody responded to your request. We currently only perform the actual water damage dry-out services. Someone from our office was supposed to call you to provide a courtesy notice that we would not be able to bid your project for repairs. I hope that you have found somebody. If not, we'd be happy to refer another local restoration company who can provide those services. Again, sorry for the lack of clear communication on our end.
