- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. It is all about the preparation. If your home does not have peeling paint the price will certainly be lower as we want our paint jobs to last
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the customer calls and we set up a time to go look at the project preferably with the customer (although many of our jobs are vacation rentals). Second, we sit down with the customer to find out exactly what they are looking to get painted. Third we do a walk around with customer asking them areas of concerns and showing them areas of their home that might need additional attention. We then write up a very detailed 12 page bid. After the customer accepts we pick out colors and paint the home, most of the time in ONE DAY! After the project is completed the lead painter does a walk around with the owner to make sure we did not miss anything. Details are important to us and word of mouth is everything in the painting business our goal is to leave every customer 100% satisfied!
