I moved back to Central Oregon the first part of 2018 and with a low budget my options were slim. Basically, I bought the best of the worst available older manufactured homes in La Pine. My new home needed so many repairs I didn’t know where to start. The first contractor completed some remediation repair and stated he hated working on manufactured homes so my search begins finding a new contractor. My neighbor referred me to a local handyman who convinced me to hire him. I gave him $1,000 to buy supplies and that was the last I saw of him or the money. Next, moving forward I got 3 contractor bids and an estimate from a restoration company. The restoration company told me there was moisture in the walls and gave me an absurd bid for tearing out and replacing walls, cabinets and counters in addition to all the other repairs I desperately needed done. The other two contractor bids were beyond comprehension and budget. There were two leaks behind my shower wall and water heater but not the other areas as mentioned. Integra-Built - Sean Chase gave me an affordable, rational bid so finally and after much despair, work began on my broken home. Before each project we discussed options, cost and practicality. He demolished and replaced the dilapidated front porch and skirting around the perimeter of the house. This project took longer than anticipated but honest as Sean is, he didn’t didn’t tack on any extra expenses from the original bid for his extra time and effort. Sean will work within your budget and suggest options to make your dreams come true. He efficiently turned a simple wood shed into a wonderful little barn for my sheep and alpaca. He installed some plank and wire fencing at lightening speed and tore out and replaced an old tub with a surround shower that looks awesome. He also tore out the wall behind the shower to fix a leak and discovered black mold and leaky plumbing and efficiently took care of both problems. I could go on and on. Sean has repaired, replaced and improved so many things that I now feel house-proud. He has an eye for detail and always thoughtful. He plows through small projects and if he notices annoying things like sticky door locks he just quietly grabs a tool, instantly remedies the problem and moves on to the next project. I asked the first contractor if he did smaller, miscellaneous jobs and he bristled up and told me he’s a contractor not a handyman. Well, Sean is also a contractor but if he’s doing projects for you he won’t hesitate to do the smaller stuff too at a hourly rate. Sean is fair, trustworthy, polite and works like a maniac.

Sean and his team installed a gate at our home in Sunriver and removed a redundant privacy wall. Sean came highly recommended by others in the Fremont Crossing neighborhood and was prompt, thorough and extremely professional. We were thrilled with the result and he made everything very easy on us. His bid was reasonable and his insistence on getting the gate “right” ate into his margin, I’m sure, but he followed through and made sure everything was perfect. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.
