- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects professional, live, one-on-one ONLINE music instruction with certified instructors. Lessons are priced based on lesson length and instructor availability. We offer single lessons as well as ongoing monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions provide the best value, priority scheduling, and consistent progress. There are no travel fees, since all lessons are taught live online via Zoom. All pricing is transparent—no surprise charges or hidden fees. We’re happy to recommend the best lesson length and format based on the student’s age, experience, and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting started simple and well-organized. Initial Conversation We start by confirming that you’re looking for live, one-on-one online lessons. Then we learn a bit about the student’s age, experience, goals, and schedule. Instructor Match Based on your needs, we thoughtfully match the student with one of our certified instructors who is best suited for their instrument, level, and learning style. Lesson Setup Lessons are conducted live via Zoom. We provide clear scheduling options, reminders, and everything needed to be ready for the first lesson. First Lesson The instructor assesses the student’s current level, discusses goals, and begins a personalized plan—while keeping the lesson engaging and fun. Ongoing Support Students can continue with single lessons or enroll in a monthly subscription for consistency, priority scheduling, and the best overall value. Throughout the process, communication is clear, expectations are set up front, and students know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
La Di Da Lessons works exclusively with qualified, professionally trained music instructors. Our instructors have: Formal education in music (college-level training or equivalent professional experience). Specialized training on their primary instruments. Experience teaching students of different ages and skill levels. Background checks and ongoing quality standards. In addition to musical training, our instructors are trained in: Teaching effectively in a live online environment. Communicating clearly with students and parents. Creating structured, goal-oriented lesson plans. Adapting lessons to different learning styles. Our program is overseen by experienced educators who ensure consistency, professionalism, and a high standard of instruction across our entire teaching team.
