They were 45 minutes late arriving for my scheduled appointment. I didn’t like that lights were left on and blinds partly raised after they were finished. The amount they charged was very reasonable.

Melissa and her partner were on time, easy to communicate with, and professional. They did good work cleaning my home, especially the floors, bathroom, and kitchen appliances. There were some areas left unclean, most notably the kitchen sink, some parts of the kitchen counter, and unmade beds—I would just clarify with them in the future what my expectations are with those areas.
