The team did a a great job. Our exterior was in rough shape due to prolonged western exposure and neglect. The house required extensive prep work, I was expecting to see increased costs and delays as a result. I was very happy when neither materialized. The team completed the entire job in the specified time with no additional costs.

Excellent level of communication and transparency. Arrived on time everyday, worked with a high level of attention to detail. Owner operator is fair and patient. From start to finish working with CertaPro has been so easy and pleasant. The company owner, Todd, came over and gave us the quote. We appreciated his friendliness snd professionalism. We picked out our colors at Sherwin Williams (twice-getting the five free sample quarts was educational and saved us). Arturo came over to power wash and soon thereafter the paint crew arrived and quickly got our house done. Brian is such a nice guy and his team was also friendly. They did a fantastic job. Todd and Lori couldnt have been more helpful in picking colors and starting the process. The team of painters was fabulous - they took care of every detail on the house, started early in the morning and worked steadily until fairly late in the day. They always cleaned up the project before leaving in the evening. The finished project is awesome, fresh and clean, and we couldnt be happier. The entire project went smoothly and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend CertaPro again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please ask for our current special. We have different offers available at different times of the year.
In October & November of each year, we participate in Paint It Pink. During these two months a donation is made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every completed project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can schedule an estimate through our website or by calling. When we come to perform the estimate, we will begin by letting you explain what you are wanting to accomplish with the project. Then we will walk the project, taking measurements and pictures. We will note any unique features that will be included. At the end of the appointment, we will have a complete estimate to review with you, so you know the scope and price of the project. This will also be emailed to you. Once you accept the proposal, by signing it and paying your deposit, you are added to our schedule. We are most often able to accommodate your schedule for when you want your project to start. For exteriors, weather does play a part in this. Our Production Manager (PM) is the main point of contact once your production week arrives. The PM oversees the Painter Team and makes sure they have everything they need to provide you with the quality you expect. They are also available for you if you need anything during production. The lead painter will be the one to update you daily on progress of your project. This person will also walk around the project with you at completion to make sure you are satisfied. Then, a few days after completion, one of our office staff will come and complete a final walk through with you.
