The Five Star process was great from the start . Representative was on time, friendly and professional. Pricing was great . The crew that painted the exterior of my house paid close attention to all of the important details . The prep work was outstanding . My finished product was exactly what I was hoping for ! I would definitely recommend them for any of your painting needs .

The Five Star Team did a ‘Bang-Up’ job for us. The scheduling and prompt response helped get our entire home painted prior to us moving in. Having yet to know any contractors as we moved in from out of state we feel very blessed to have found Five Star Painting and we will be recommending them to all our new found friends in AZ!

The work got done eventually. If you are looking for a team that can operate quickly with minimal direction, look elsewhere. If you are willing to live through some inconvenience for value and a good final product, this is a good fit. I hired Five Star to paint the exterior of a 100+ year old craftsman style house. The color consultant that Five Star worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I am very happy with my final color choice. The prep and paint job was quoted at a competitive price, but the timeline took longer than Five Star estimated. Though there were understandable rain delays, Five Star seemed to mismanage their staff, regularly sending a lone painter. The team was courteous and communicative, though regularly over-promising, slow to remove job- related debris, and regularly left personal trash on my lawn and porch. Finally, the work required a lot of inspection, as the painters had rework on more than one occasion. Though the painting experience was less than desired, the end product looks professional.

No excuses; I agree that the process was not ideal and certainly not our typical Five Star methodology. We had difficulty hiring the painters that suited our standards and made the mistake of hiring the wrong painters. Upon completion of your project we terminated our employment of the three that worked on your job and have made professionalism, reliability, and cleanliness a priority of all our people moving forward. Know before taking the job that you have the available man power. Thought we were set with a team and when that guy abandoned the job they found one guy to be in charge. I swear he was contracted vs an employee since it was all about speed and how fast they could finish which made the overall quality poor. They also marked up my ceiling in my garage where they spray painted doors. After letting them know i hear nothing back. Won’t use you all ever again

Every painting project is unique, which is why we offer free, on-site estimates. Items like square footage, condition of the surface, prep work required, and amount of paint will all be taken into consideration to provide you with an exact price quote for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be taken through the entire process, including talking through the details and goals of your project, discussing paint colors, timelines, our 2-year warranty and expectations. Before the job is finalized, the Project Manager will take the customer on a “Five Star walk-through” to point out any areas requiring touch-ups.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
