Torrey painted an expansive entry, great room, kitchen and master bath. Because we selected a different, darker color than the existing paint, he needed to cut into trim, window frames, etc., carefully. He touched up and calked trim. He was timely, courteous, and especially, easy to communicate with! We were able to easily communicate and discuss our goals with him.

My experience working with Torrey on my recent painting project was absolutely perfect. Within 24 hours of receiving my (very reasonable) estimate, he was in the house completing the work. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and willingly took care of all the last minute details. I would (and plan to) hire Torrey again for future projects. Don't think twice about hiring him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 20 year history with Sherwin-Williams in both residential and Commercial painting. This history of high volume has earned us their highest level discount and we pass the savings on to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically provide as exact an estimate as possible using the information provided by the client through Thumbtack. If we are in the ballpark of each others expectations, I will meet with the client to see the project, define the scope of work and get a contract signed. Nine times out of ten the price I quoted via Thumbtack will hold up. That is one attribute of extensive experience in the painting profession. My typical (complete house) project runs 4-6 days with a full cleanup and window washing included!

As a licensed Home Inspector I am constantly exceeding the continuing education requirements of both Oregon and my trade Organization internachi.
