We would highly recommend Lime Painting. They got very good reviews on Thumbtack which is how we found them. We got three bids on painting the exterior of our home. Lime was competitive. Roy came by for the estimate and was very specific and informative. They were easy to work with on scheduling. Our home is a bit more difficult a job due to exterior wood siding, wood trim around all the windows and some additional decorative wood trim. We also wanted two colors used. They also stained two small decks that are South American Hardwood and a decorative fence by the front of our home. Roy helped us plan the project. A consultation with a designer to help with color selection was included at no extra cost. Samantha was great! She helped us get the colors right. Chuy (pronounced Chewy) was the crew boss and he and his crew did a great job. They worked very hard and paid attention to all the details. The initial plan to use a stripper on the wood wouldn't work because our landscaping might have been damaged so they switched to sanding off the old finish, using a brightener and then restaining. The wood looks terrific. All the work was excellent. Again, we would highly recommend Lime Painting in Bend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a Job to Job basis-I do require looking at all projects before quoting. I do not charge for this service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss and set up a time to look at the scope of your project. I will meet on site to discuss how we achieve your desired results. I usually have my proposals emailed to you within 24 hours. My scheduling for project scheduling is very flexible, from 24 hours to 3 months. I do require a 25% deposit prior to scheduling your project.
