It comes from a deep place in my heart and total love of teaching! I have an excellent base for teaching yoga from my Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, 25 years as an Onsen Therapist, 40 years as a teacher/presenter of health/fitness, a lifetime of dharma practice & study and as a dancer.

Hilloah has awesome yoga classes in her studio. Not only is the space just right for a personal group yoga experience, the instructor really knows what's she doing. Personal help and attention. Highly recommend her classes.

Hiloah's yoga session's are a perfect blend of grounding, and deepening. I really enjoy the long, careful, and safe poses. She teaches with compassion, and joy. I am grateful for her depth of knowledge of physiology, which prevents injury, and guides my body into just the right position.
