Hiloah's yoga session's are a perfect blend of grounding, and deepening. I really enjoy the long, careful, and safe poses. She teaches with compassion, and joy. I am grateful for her depth of knowledge of physiology, which prevents injury, and guides my body into just the right position.
I wanted to thank VitalityYoga for this great reatrear! It was so awesome! Everyone welcomed me with open arms making me feel like if I was at home like if they were part of my family! I love the way that the retreat was organizes giving a complete and blanced retreat! I love how in the mornings we had the yoga practice, then we ate and after that our walk and connection with nature. We would come back and had our rest time. Afternoon yoga and then dinner. All our meels were vegeterian and complete. I feel like it was a great and balance/ complete retreat. Giving me all I need to have a happier and more balanced life. Also working with the elements was great I love it. All in all I am very greatful and happy to have attended to this amazing retreat it was very complete. I can’t explain more! Words are shorter than what my experience was by going to this retreat! Giving me the opportunity to learn and explore new things to get me out of my comfort zone was amazing! My love for movement stems from so many things – a long history of dance, learning anatomy ins and outs through obtaining my bachelor's degree in exercise science and leading others to feel the bliss of motion through instructing yoga. After dealing with my own injuries of an on-going low back pain, high hamstring sprain, shoulder rotator cuff tear, and hip bursitis, I absolutely appreciate living (and moving) in a pain-free life.
