- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, i charge a flat fee, but if people purchase ahead three appointments, then there is a price reduction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about the client's goals, what might be going on that caused them to seek counseling, a personal and possibly a family history, and then a plan so that my client will have a clear understanding of how to achieve his or her goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Counseling psychology, a certificate in couples communication, and I recently received a certificate in Maternal Mental Health. I am always reading to keep up to date.
