I have worked with Erin for awhile prior to her moving away. While in the gym she was right next to me yelling to push harder! My back round is working in high stress environments and being told what to do so telling and pushing through a work out is motivation for me. Erin takes the time to speak with you and find out what drives and motivates you. This is an essential step in my opinion to accomplishing your goals. During the time she coached me I was able to drop my mile time 1.5 minutes over about 6 months. I also was able to maintain my mass by trimming so unwanted fatty areas. I worked with Erin in order to slim down and tone my muscles a year before my wedding. I went from 210 lbs. for my 5' frame to 102 lbs. I also toned my things, which have always been the bane of my existence, and my arms. I continue to work with her on and off when I hit plateaus in my fitness goals. She is a great motivator and very knowledgeable in her area. She can provide several different ways of obtaining a person's fitness goals. Erin is an enthusiastic, motivating force to help with your exercise and healthy eating goals. I worked with her in an online group when I started doing T-25 and Shakeology. She took the time to help me choose the right program for my goals and was there with me daily, encouraging and supporting my efforts.
