Erin is a versatile trainer who does a great job sensing and adapting her clients needs and adapting a personalized training and nutritional program that works for them. She does a great job of working to keep the client motivated through frequent check ins and her willingness to personalize the program for each client. Whether you are just trying to start getting into shape (starting from scratch) or just need a boost to your existing exercise regime, I highly recommend Erin as she will do a great job meeting your needs.

I have worked with Erin for awhile prior to her moving away. While in the gym she was right next to me yelling to push harder! My back round is working in high stress environments and being told what to do so telling and pushing through a work out is motivation for me. Erin takes the time to speak with you and find out what drives and motivates you. This is an essential step in my opinion to accomplishing your goals. During the time she coached me I was able to drop my mile time 1.5 minutes over about 6 months. I also was able to maintain my mass by trimming so unwanted fatty areas. Simply put....Erin is the most highly energetic person I know. If you put in the work , she will get you were you want to be.

Erin is such an amazing person!! She is so kind, patient, helpful, and well knowledgeable! She’s the first personal trainer I’ve ever worked with and I do NOT regret it. I actually saw results after working with her for only a month and I had been trying to reach my fitness goals for 4 years!!
