I manage several rental properties in Eugene and first found Dave and Cornerstone Brushworks through the contractor directory of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County. My first project with Dave was a small job at one of my rentals, and I was immediately impressed by his work and professionalism. The quality of his workand the very reasonable priceled me to hire him for a much larger project: painting the exterior of my personal home. The results were spectacular, and I couldnt have been happier.Daves communication is excellent. He shows up when he says he will, delivers exactly the work he promises, and his pricing is more competitive than any painter Ive worked with before. He has become my go-to painter for all my painting needs.Since painting my home, Dave has completed several other projects for me, including the interior of a three-bedroom, two-bath rental. I was thrilled with the results. He was flexible in scheduling around a tenant move-out and coordinated seamlessly with other subcontractors. The finished product was top-notch, and again, the price was very reasonable.In addition to larger projects, Dave has handled smaller jobs at multiple rentals, always with the same level of professionalism and care. He is particularly skilled at working around existing tenants, which I greatly appreciate. His pricing for time-and-materials work has been excellent as well.Dave has also done exterior staining on decks for me, and the results have been outstanding. Based on his recommendation, we used a solid stain on some older decks. His prep work was meticulous, and the finished product looked beautiful. Im already planning to have him do more of this type of work at other properties.I highly recommend Dave and Cornerstone Brushworks. Whether its a small project or a larger one, his work is consistently high quality, his communication is excellent, and his pricing is unbeatable.

David and his painting team are top-notch! We have contracted with them multiple times and have never been disappointed in their prep work, painting and clean-up. David's attention to detail in everything he does is impeccable. He and his team paint one side of our house every year and most recently painted all the ceilings inside our two story home, in addition to painting walls inside our home with high ceilings that we could not reach and paint ourselves. I highly recommend Cornerstone Brushworks. David's professionalism, attention to detail, and easy-going nature are the reasons we reach out to him for all of our painting needs.

I could not be more pleased with Cornerstone Brushworks. David did an excellent job taking the time to make sure I was making informed decisions about my home. He was patient and willing to teach when I had questions. He quoted me a competive price while also showing willingness to negotiate when I asked him to paint other places on my property. They took special care to respect my space, time and belongnings, and they were incredibly detail oriented. They made me feel like family. They will be my go to guys for now on

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to accommodating a variety of budgets by tailoring our project scope in a transparent manner as to never skimp prep-work (unless requested and outlined) and always adding value to existing contracts when the project allows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer the call, Set the estimate date and time, Show up on-time and masked, Bid with integrity emphasising the necessity and shaving off unneeded expense.
Then we give a verbal figure to compare with other outfits, an emailed formal bid proposal will follow. Once an agreement is reached. A contract will then be emailed to the future client and an in-person signing will be scheduled (sometimes done remotely). A deposit will then be taken and a firm start date usually the same as in the proposal will be agreed upon. Finally, we show up, Clean cut and in uniform. Ready to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All CSBW Craftsman and ownership have a minimum of 10 years experience in the trade itself and a minimum of 6months experience in Lane County as Professional Level Painters.
