Giving back to our community is also a very important part of our business. Sandra was appointed to the Springfield School Board in 2014. She also served as PTA President at Centennial Elementary and board member of the Springfield Education Foundation, along with many other school-related volunteer positions. In 2014 she was honored with an ACE (A Champion in Education) award for all of her achievements for the district and was also featured in the Volunteer Spotlight as a nominee for Volunteer of the Year for Lane County.
Mike has been a managing principal broker for over 30 years with four of the area's local real estate agencies and has trained hundreds of the area's top Realtors. Sandra has over 20 years of management and sales experience, and her can-do attitude has helped make her a household name.

Sandra Boyst was our selling agent for our home in Springfield. The house was on the market for about 3 months before it sold and during that time Sandra was very proactive in the selling process - mutilple open houses, local advertising in various media, all updated on a regular basis, gave us good advise on what to do or nor do in preparation for showings, etc. I feel Sandra went above and beyond, particularly in the negotiation and follow up areas when dealing with an EXTREMELY difficult buyer. In spite of all of the unnecessary obstacles which the buyer created we were able to consummate the sale at very close to what we needed to have for the property. Overall, a job well done!

We Couldn't of asked for a better experience Selling and Purchasing our Second Home.!!! Sandra Was always available for showings and to answer our Questions. After interviewing 3 realtors that were recommended to us, we hired Sandra Boyst. She was very people friendly and very professional. The communication between Sandra and us was exxcellent.
