Grace Roofing did a fabulous job on my very complicated craftsman style house. They used a thicker style material that was quite difficult to install with the many difficult angles and multiple rooflines. The work was done in a timely fashion, there cost was competitive, they kept a relatively clean work site, they respected the landscaping, and they responded to my request for a minor (after the fact) revision with 'grace' (upgraded vents). When the custom gutters were installed this past month, those professionals complimented the work of the roofer. I had one person knock on the door to ask who did the roofing as they wanted "the exact same thing". Beautiful. Ask them for photos!

My experience with Grace Roofing was very good. They installed a new roof, better quality roof vents, and did some structural repairs on the roof that were needed on my Springfield home. The crew was very pleasant to work with and they definitely knew what they were doing. They completed my roof in around five days which in my opinion was reasonable due to the fact that there was some bad weather to deal with. The Communication process with Jason was excellent. He always kept me informed. His cost were very competitive compared to other roofing companies in the area. So if you are in the need of roofing work you should definitely consider Grace Roofing. After a year my roof is still looking great.

Nov. of 2013 I called Jason to get a quote to re-roof our home and shop. From the moment I met him, I knew I had met a man of integrity. I had been talking to contractors for three years prior to finding Jason, so you know, I did my research. He is an expert in what he does. Our roof (especially the valley had many issues-house was built in 1945) presented a lot of problems that any other roofer would NOT have handled correctly, causing us to do damage control just a few years down the line had we hired anyone other than Jason and his crew to deal with it. He is an amazing craftsman, not just a roofer. The honesty and integrity that he exudes made getting our roof replaced by his company a blessing. My husband and I cannot recommend Jason and Grace Roofing & Con. enough. Just meet him, you'll see what what I mean.

Our roof started leaking after the high wind and heavy rains. We called a local roofer. He came out and told us that our roof was end of life after 20 years. He gave us a bid of $7200 and a separate bid of $800 to do the gutters. I went over to a neighbor house that had their roof done 3 years ago. They said they used Grace Roofing. I called Jay and left a message (it was Saturday). He promptly called me back. He came out that day and gave an estimate. His bid was $5250 for the roof including cleaning the gutters! Jay and his crew started on a Friday and finished the following Tuesday. The roof is beautiful! It has a 30 year warranty, with a 20 year algae / moss free guarantee! Jay is a man of integrity! When you need your roof replaced, give Jay a call. Me and my Neighbor's highly recommend Grace Roofing!

Jason and johhny are stand up guys. Hard working straight shooters. You looking to have anything done to your roof at least have them give you a quote. I did a lot of shopping around and they beat the nearest quote by nearly 1k. My roof had few leaks and blemishes, couple weeks later they gave me my new roof, but most importantly the peace of mind for years to come..

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do the most research you can on materials, and the contractor. There are a lot of inferior materials out there. Just because they all claim to have the same warranties does not mean they are all manufactured to the same standards. There is a lot to know in this industary so please choose wisely. Make sure the contractor can answer all your questions involving the work to be compleated.
