This therapist was attentive, empathetic and engaged with our clients at William Templ House. She was professional and responsible.
Scott is a wonderful, caring individual that is an exceptional therapist. He's extremely comfortable to talk to about personal trama experiences. I would recommend Scott to any age group. I myself am in my early 30s and he's been extremely help with my current life transitionings, especially with relationship building and personal growth goals.
Terry is a phenomenally gifted therapist who guided me through the darkest point in my life. Intuitive, caring, authentic and wise beyond words, she held a strong, safe container for me to fall apart during and after my divorce and put myself and my family back together. Her deep presence allowed me to trust her as my guide, and I consider her an angelic arrival in my life. My ability to co-parent smoothly with my ex-husband and raise two healthy well adjusted kids is due to the work we did together during our break up and directly after. If you are ready to release your grief and sorrow and step into a full, juicy, amazing life, Terry will be there with helping hands and open heart.
Katherine is a superb therapist. She has helped my wife and I immensely with her patience and calmness and knowledge. Highly recommended if you want so save your relationship.
Dana is a blessing in my life. I have searched for her for a long time. I have tried many different therapists and never felt that they could quite grasp me or keep up with my ever changing thoughts, it is not easy but Dana does it with ease. Every time I finish a session I feel lighter, energized and clear. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for her support. She is extremely good at what she does and truly cares. She has helped me tremendously.
After many years of being treated by dozens of Massage Therapists, Ilona is certainly one of the very best. She is intuitive and as an experienced athlete herself, she knows the mechanics of the human body. I highly recommend her because she facilitates healing and relaxation to the extreme.
Marissa is genuine and compassionate in her therapy work. I felt comfortable talking with her from the moment we met.
Shantika is very kind & professional - I was very skeptical of this whole Reiki thing, though I've been investing quite a bit of time into learning about energy healing through books, the internet, other people, etc. I was really hoping for something, but not expecting and, likely, not believing anything could actually happen. I've been living with SEVERE pain for years that has been life-altering in innumerable ways & realized this morning, when starting to cry, I had suddenly stopped, looked down at my wrists, and realized that I was not feeling the agonizing (hell-ish) pain that becomes especially bad when I become emotional. My body has felt incredibly odd ever since, which I'm thinking might be what it feels like to be in less pain than I have become so use to over so many years. It has been only one day, so I don't know what to think or make of it all quite yet, but so far this one day has felt pretty unreal...Not pain-free, but something is definitely changed & I will absolutely be going back.
Aaron has a warm, collaborative and disarming presence. He is able to truly understand and empathize with his clients so that they can work on their issues with his kind and compassionate presence. I have worked along side Arron as his co-counselor with couples and in the capacity of co-facilitating Compassionate Communication groups. I highly recommend him as askilled therapist to anyone looking to improve their lives.
I have always been a hopeful person, but a little over a year ago I wasn't certain that I would be able to rise above what felt like this unsurmountable pit of post traumatic hell. I felt that I would be swallowed alive and was slowly being absorbed by it. The pain of my past was chasing me into a corner everyday and even though I was now surrounded by those who deeply love and care about me, I felt alone by my experiences, and stark differences in my day to day survival. I knew I needed help, and I knew that even though I was terrified I couldn't do it alone. After scheduling, and rescheduling out of fear, I finally made it to Krystal's office. I didn't know what to expect, but I felt like i was on the verge of breaking and with tears in my eyes I shared why I was there. I never could have anticipated a warmer reception than the welcome I received from Krystal that day, and each day there after. The routine I would come to know and cherish with the work that I would do in and out of our sessions was subtle, and I remember feeling a little better, and a little more at peace in my heart after each time shared. The immense shift and turn around has been an amazing blessing to my life, and I know that I would not have been able to do it with out Krystal. Her authentic and natural ability to create a sacred space for healing to evolve in, is genuine in every sense of the word. And unlike many other Therapists I'd seen in the past, I know with out a shadow of a doubt that this, is Krystal's calling. I enjoy Be Kind Counseling because with out it I would never have come to deeply understand that I really am the author of my life, and that I have the ability to write and rewrite my story as beautifully and as safely as I see suitable. Krystal's therapy have allowed me to delve into all areas I am passionate about with confidence, and my sessions have given me the focus to work towards my goals. I have re found my voice, and am using it. And to me that is priceless. As my healing journey continues with Krystal and through the help of her sessions; I am grateful to look back and see such significant growth within myself. I look forward to that which I know is lighting the path ahead of me guiding me deeper into my strengths. A kindness I now recognize as necessary to not only allocate towards every one around me ( that I had a pretty great handle on), but kindness that I can allocate towards myself. To sum up my experience. always supportive, always compassionate, always kind That is, Be Kind Counseling
There are so many counselors, healers, therapists, lifestyle gurus and professional advice-givers out there that it's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choices. As a mother of three, I've spent who knows how much time and money looking for effective support for my family's health, only to find superficial, time consuming programs that may produce short-lived results (that require constant re-upping to maintain any effectiveness), but never really get to the heart of what we need. Nothing I've tried has come close to the kind of immediate, deep affect that working with Krista has provided. Her methods are so gentle and intuitive that it's hard to believe the powerful results. Within a week of our first hour-long session, my energy and sense of well-being were raised dramatically. I felt clearer and more confident in my body's ability to heal and was amazed when the results started reaching beyond the original issue for which I had sought her out. Five years later, I don't hesitate to turn to Krista first for all of my and my family's health questions, from nutrition to mental/emotional and relationship dilemmas. Her compassionate manner and truly holistic approach have given me the support I've needed to overcome blocks and reach my goals, without the confusing and often guilt-inducing yo-yo effect I've experienced with other practitioners. She understands that our lives aren't cookie-cutter and our issues aren't compartmentalized, and so is able to invest in the whole client and get to the actual root of a problem, instead of just temporarily easing the symptoms. If you've tried all the healthy living fads, diet programs, all the different therapies, alternative and conventional, and are still feeling stuck, please set up an appointment with Krista, and get ready for a breakthrough!
I have spoken with a number of different counselors and therapists over the years and have struggled to find someone I connect with. From the very beginning, Sarah helped me outline my mental health goals so that we were working toward the same thing. She even took the time to research the semi-obscure religion in which I was raised so she could understand my upbringing and give me advice based on my values and not hers. She made custom meditation recordings and breathing exercises for me. She worked with me on payment options. When I moved away she accomodated me with phone sessions which are just as good if not better because I can say things which I would be embarrased to in person. She has had a profound impact on my life and holds a special place in my heart. I would, and do, highly recommend her to my friends.
Erica is a great therapist. She is concerned about her clients, listens well and provides great feedback. I heartily recommend her.
Linda is an amazing person. She is my colleague and my friend. Within our consultation group of therapists she is know as "superwoman". Her experience and training make her a tremendous asset to the field, and a fabulous therapist!
Anne has a gift for helping me see the best in myself and in my life. She is a caring and attentive therapist. I highly recommend her
Robert Springer is a very thoughtful and understanding person to talk to and whom I can always count on for honest sound advice. He is able to listen and see things from a different perspective than my own and is able to show me different ways of seeing, and handling life's events in a more positive and effective way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a clinical therapist :-)

Becoming a parent completely changes your life, and that transition can be overwhelming. I focus on, and very much enjoy, working with new dads and new parents to become the parents they want to be. I help dads who are struggling with parenthood and the stresses it brings, including how it affects their relationship with their child, partner, self-identity, and work.
I am a marriage therapist. I have been a counselor for the past 30 years as well as married for 30 years. I understand and appreciate how complex and challenging relationships are. All couples experience a variety of difficult challenges and struggles throughout their relationship. There will always be stresses and life changes that test a relationship. Over time and for a variety of reasons, couples develop consistent patterns of relating to one another. Many times, these patterns are very positive and productive. However, the patterns are often unproductive, and this is where a couple gets stuck. My job as a couple counselor is to help you identify these unproductive patterns and learn how to change them by acquiring new skills in order to achieve greater happiness, love and connection. Over the past twenty years, I have worked with couples struggling with a variety of issues, such as communication breakdown, conflicts and arguments, hurts and resentments, disagreements over raising children or having children, intimacy/sexual problems, extramarital affairs, financial disagreements and more. Every couple is unique in their own way, and the therapy I provide is tailored to your specific needs, goals and strengths. I look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve a more fulfilling marriage.
