I have been a lifelong practitioner of yoga and have been teaching for over 13 years. I studied and practiced massage to obtain a thorough understanding of the musculoskeletal system and offer my clients a broad base of therapeutic knowledge and techniques. I am certified in Anusara based yoga, Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, Qigong Strength training, Acrofit training, and food based healing. I offer my students a customized practice to address their individual needs.
