- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $125 service call covers the diagnosis and minor on-site repairs. Part costs and installation costs will be quoted on-site
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I know if you are from the Grants Pass or Medford areas I'll schedule you with an approximate ETA(ie around 1pm). when I'm heading your way I'll text you my accurate arrival time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC background, Sears appliance repair training and 3 years experience
