Introduction: I do PC tune-up and cleaning, virus removal, full-system restoration and setup. I have been heavily involved in computers since I was a kid back in 1993. I have improved my knowledge about computers through a number of classes at Rogue Community College. I have completed an Associate of Applied Science degree from Rogue Community College in 2012. My degree is as a "computer support technician." I enjoy working on computers for people and finding solutions to problems. Thank you.

Gary has a vast knowledge in the field of technology. He works fast and is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Gary is always focused and is very fair about the work he performs. I love that he is never too aloof to share his knowledge, explain in detail what he is doing, or give valuable pointers. He is a computer specialist, but I think he is part magician.

Gary was on time, communicated with IT folks for me, and problem solved our older MAC computer, really well. We were having issues with our television accounts, and he resolved the issues that were related to the computer. (I still need to call Amazon to find out why the performance is sluggish and hard to load), but he did all the troubleshooting to narrow down our TV issues. I will use him to upgrade my MAC and for any future issues we have. He is honest, punctual and hard working!

I give Gary the highest review. He managed to save data from a failing drive which we originally thought was lost. He explained to me what he was doing, and recommended changes for my computer which I had him do as well. He also helped me install and recover a lost business file which was very important to me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/Hr Minimum of an hour for travel. Minimum of two hours for over 60 Miles round trip for Travel First 60 Miles round trip from my location is included in hour rate, Over 60 round trip is minimum of 2 hours. Minimum of an half an hour for remote support.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree as a Computer Support Technician from RCC
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always liked working on computers. I started as I was going to school at RCC in Grants Pass to get my Degree.
