Excellent. I had trouble getting other contractors to return my calls. Stefan was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very responsive. My floors look like new.

Stefan refinished approx. 1000 sq.ft. of hardwoods for me. He arrived on time and worked in a professional manner. He finished on time. There are a couple of things I'd like him to repair, but I feel confident he will take care of them. I think he could have been more clear on the timeline of the floors curing and what to expect.
