Oksana cleaned well. However, he quoted$60 is more like $100 per hour because she gets so little done in 2 1/2 hours. Everyone I’ve hired cleaned my small house in 2 hours—-but her! She wanted more paid hours to do the 2 small baths. She left after 2.5 hours, no baths touched. When I said I was giving her a bad review, she quickly offered to return the next day to do baths. Never again.

Before the appointment, we clearly agreed that the first-time cleaning is billed at $60 per hour, and that the total time depends on the home’s condition and level of buildup. You confirmed and agreed to these terms in advance.
Upon arrival, you later requested that the cleaning be limited to 2–2.5 hours due to budget and personal time constraints, which changed the original scope of work. Because the home required significantly more time due to heavy buildup, it was not possible to complete every area within the shortened time frame.
When you expressed dissatisfaction, I immediately offered — and did return the very next day — at no additional charge to complete the remaining bathrooms to ensure your satisfaction.
I always aim to be transparent, fair, and accommodating, and I stand by the quality of my work and my commitment to resolving concerns professionally.

Oksana and Sergio did such an incredible job in our home, and I wish I had taken better "before" photos! They worked efficiently and were incredibly thorough - the cleanliness and organization is unmatched! We will be hiring Oksana again!!
