Roman and his dad were great to work with. They took on the task of dry walling, mudding and texturing 4 walls and repainting our entire living room and kitchen. They were communcative, prompt, and gave a lot of attention to detail. We have really tall ceilings and have all of our kitchen and living room in disarray but they worked around it no problem. They brought all their own tools and left no trace when they finished. I look forward to working with Prime Renovations in the future!

Roman was good in communication and scheduling, price was fair for two car garage paint.. Didn't notice a single drop of paint on the floor after he was done, took, good care in masking outlets pipes, etc. Was in an out in half a day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Considering the size of the project, a deposit might be required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts off with first getting in touch with a customer and discussing what work they would like done on their project. Secondly, scheduling a time and date to meet at the location of where the project will be done and doing a walk through in person of the project to see for myself what exactly needs to be done as well as the customer letting me know what exactly they are wanting and the time frame in which they need it done. Then, I sit down at home and write out an estimate in a detailed manner that is easy to understand for the customer and send it to their phone. Assuming the customer agrees to the bid, we begin working on the project at the scheduled time. After the project is completed and all cleaned up, I do a final walk through with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the work done and if so, the payment is collected.
