Good guys willing to get a job done well, and ready to stand behind their work. They have a warranty and promise to come back if anything is not holding up with time. They graded an area on the north side of our house that had been pooling water which caused it to seep into our basement. Rains since have continued, but so far, no issues. They also spread grass seed in the affected area to help future issues and prevent erosion. Would recommend.

We asked Krager-Phenix to do the dirt work for a front yard redux. The scope inckuded scraping away the existing grass, weeds, moss, and clay and then bringing in well-draining soil, building up a small berm for planting, grading the yard, placing some seed, and installing a flagstone walkway along the driveway. There were a few times where I asked for tweaks and I really appreciated that Jordan was polite and friendly throughout the process. These guys worked super hard to make my vision come true and I'm super excited about the results.
