Loris was great. He helped fix a dishwasher that was installed not so well by the appliance store. He communicated with us prior to arriving. Showed up exactly when he said he would be here. Quickly diagnosed the issue, offered a couple of options, and then got right to work fixing things. Will definitely be working with him again on other projects around our house.
