Instead of rushing to the move to get out of work faster, we take our time and take pride in our work to insure that we are doing a great job. We don't also just concentrate on our work but we also include our customers by striking conversations with them and making them laugh and smile.
We like seeing smiles and making out customers laugh. It makes us feel good when we know that our customers are relaxed and are enjoying them selves instead of stressing out and worrying about their move.

Called for a quote to have IKS clean and organize my garage as well as clean my downstairs area that I rent out. William send out a couple of guys right away and they were ready to do the job right away which really impressed me, they got the job started but unfortunately I wasn't quite organized enough for them to finish the job that day. They were extremely courteous and very helpful, they gave me some great ideas to make the job easier so that they knew what was to stay and what was going. On top of being so prompt and cautious, they continued to follow up with me and were willing to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend the entire IKS crew, they instantly made me feel like part of the family and showed me exactly what Aloha is really about. I will always highly recommend IKS to anyone and everyone I know, if you want some hard workers that will make sure things are done right and quick, these are your guys. I almost wish I were moving soon just so I could hire them to do that. Given the service and quality they provided for the small job I had for them, I can only imagine how amazing a job they would do moving my house full of stuff. Thank you very much Island King Service, you guys are amazing and a great representation of the Hawaiian Islands and the Aloha spirit!

These guys are amazing! I had a mess of a garage and no idea where to even start. Willy, as he asked me to call him, sent over two guys that were ready to go right away. Unfortunately I wasn't until they suggested ways they could do it for me. That week I left my house open for them to come when they had time. I was blown away at what they accomplished in a day and I don't know how they made any money from my job as they have me an amazing price. They made me feel like part of the family and I truly appreciate that as much, if not more than the amazing job they did. I'm not moving anytime soon but when I need my furniture removed to buy new or anything else they can do I'll use them for sure. Give these guys a try, you won't regret it, on time, very respectful and trustworthy, these guys are amazing and I'm not sure I've met the entire crew but I've had the pleasure to meet a few of them and they're all really great. Thank you ago much IKS, Willy, Clinton, Kawika, Rocky, Utu and all the guys I have yet to meet. As you said to me, mahalo and aloha.

They said they were on their way after being late and I had to call them. Then they never showed up. After trying to call again, they just stopped answering the phone. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I had to put 1 star for the review to be posted but there really should be a big fat goose egg there. I am very sore after having to move furniture in all day with being pregnant, husband having back surgery a year ago and manuevering animals around while we moved in. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I hope this review costs them business.
