- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So basically the price varies based on how many days a week we train. The more days we train together the more control I have of your resistance training therefore speeding up the results and having an incentive to do so with the better rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First they come in for a free consultation, where we talk about goals, expectations, primary motivation, how many days a week we'll train, nutrition plan, etc. Following that we process the payment, fill out the paperwork and take their body fat. After measurements we schedule out first training session and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an ACSM Certificate and an AAS in Exercise Science
