Wanted to tone up for my wedding.. I had been working out on my own for several months before I contacted Molly for her help. Molly was fantastic in getting macro planning & daily workouts that fit exactly what I needed. She would send videos to demonstrate exercises and she would give daily motivation & inspiration. I shared my workouts & food tracking with My Fitness Pal, & IWatch with her so she could see my daily, weekly & monthly progress.. she would make adjustments as needed. I did it ..
