Introduction
My name is Ethan Morrow and I have been a trainer/coach for 8 years now. In that time I have empowered many people of varying ages and goals live healthier stronger lives. I love fitness and I love helping feel the benefits of proper exercise, this is my calling. Me and my business partner have opened a Crossfit called Gratitude Strength to better serve our community. We offer classes, 1:1 training, senior training, and small group sessions. We are conveniently located, competitively priced, and second to none. Come see why.

The gym and equipment are top notch. The community is one of a kind. You won’t be judged or looked down upon. There are athletes of every skill level, and all the workouts can be scaled to your level. Coach Ethan has been wonderful to work out with! He is very outgoing and knows how to keep the sessions fun but productive. He knows his stuff and provides very helpful advice and tips throughout the workout. He will help you on your technique and progress, and give you the motivation you need to keep going. Coach Lindsey has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging!

Classes are a good workout with a wide variety of times. Trainers are very helpful, friendly and attentative.

I used to not like weightlifting but Gratitude Strength CrossFit completely changes my mindset. My coaches are really nice and supportive. I love the class. It makes me feel great after finishing each WOD.

Workouts are changed up each time, focusing on different muscle groups, etc. and there are always opportunities to adjust the exercises based on your own strength, ability, if you are dealing with an injury or just how you’re feeling that day!
