Introduction: My name is Jessica Ashman and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years. I work with clients in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area and help each client transform their bodies and reach their fitness goals, all while teaching them how to live a healthier lifestyle. I specialize in strength training, functional training, weight loss, muscle gain, weight gain, and help with nutrition. All workout plans are custom made and built around your needs and goals. I have been working with Jess for almost 2 years. She is a person who not only makes you work for your goals but motivates, inspires and pushes you hard towards them. Being a foodie, I have always been against dieting. I have had health issues with extreme workouts too. Jess understood my limits and came up with a workaround to make me burn my calories. She has experimented as required with my sessions too based on my results. We do timely measurements as well, to see what is working best with me. I trusted her to plan my workout throughout my pregnancy too. I am proud to say that I as a person who is not a fan of exercise, worked out till my 39th week of pregnancy. All thanks and applause to Jessica for researching and planning my workout. She is just not a trainer but a candid personality who wins your heart every time you talk to her. I am thankful that I found her. Looking forward to loose my pregnancy weight now :)

I did in-person training with Jessica for a few months. She is very attentive and really cares about the health and safety of her clients. She is incredibly personable and easy to get along with. On top of that, she is professional, understanding, punctual, and responsive. As a trainer, she knows just how to push people to get them stronger and closer to their goals. She has great advice about form and always finds ways to adjust or accommodate certain exercises to fit different needs and abilities. Overall 10/10! Thank you Jessica!

I did 8 weeks with Jessica and absolutely loved my experience. Her work is professional, encouraging, and super helpful for a healthy lifestyle! Her pricing is absolutely more than fair for the work she puts in for you, so long as you do the work yourself. My workouts were all manageable, even from a starting level, and pushed me to try harder andAbbie reach my goals down the road. You definitely feel the work outs, but I never felt overwhelmed by them and could take them at my own pace both from home and in the gym. In eight weeks, I lost ~6 lbs, but gained tons of confidence and knowledge about nutrition, determination, and fitness in general. Jessica was always easy to reach and super responsive to changes and needs. I'd recommend her to anyone and would most definitely work with her again!

She is very personable and relatable all while being professional. She maintains discipline as a personal trainer while still being your friend. She definitely kicks your butt each workout too! If you’re a female and want a personal trainer she is the person to go to! I highly recommend her because she cares a lot about your goals but also about you as a person and I can’t ask for a better trainer!

I could not possibly say enough good things about this personal trainer. She asks questions and listens to your individual goals. She hears your challenges and works with you on solutions. Then she creates a custom plan tailored to your goals. Throughout the weeks, Jessica fine-tunes your plan based on your progress. She adjusts your macros and switches up your workouts in phases, so you never plateau. She is almost always available to answer your questions and help you through the difficult times. When you feel like you might give up, she won’t let you do it! Jess will remind you why you started and keep pushing you to achieve. I’ve done her program twice now and both times I had incredible success. I wouldn’t train with anyone else!!

    We will meet in person so I can show you the gym we will be training out of (NXT Level Fitness in Hillsboro, OR) and sit down for a free consultation to go over your goals and discuss how we can accomplish them together.

    3+ years of personal training (online and in-person) as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
