She was great with communication and all! I sent a picture of my set up - and thought it would be be more detailed but was bland. She came to set up and the curtains were wrinkled and didn’t have a steamer but thank god I brought one. Would be very detailed next time!

Thank you for your honest feedback. I enjoyed decorating for you and your family. I apologize if you viewed the decor as bland, I did my best with the budget I was given, especially since all floral arrangements are handmade. As for the curtains wrinkles I do sincerely apologize, I special ordered this curtain to get the green color and by the time it arrived I did not have time to steam it before leaving (and I have a commercial steamer so it’s difficult to bring along).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing generally depends on the size and need of your event, but I am always willing to work with a client if there are special circumstances. I offer discounts for those serving our country.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You always have to start with getting to know your client. Sitting down and just getting a feel for who they are and what they envision. After that I can open up about what I kind’ve envision for them based on their own descriptions. Following of course necessary legal paperwork we can meet/talk a few times a week I will always be open to attending visits of venues and vendors. I will be involved with guest count, gifting, vendor set up and coordination. And work on the front lines for my client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional certification in weddings and event coordination/planning, and 4 years experience.
