My training in India allows me to create flows that are rooted in tradition, while accessible and unique. I integrate meditation and breath work to maintain a well rounded practice. Yoga with Ra has been fun, challenging, and stimulating all in one. After only a couple sessions I could notice improved flexibility, strength, and balance. Not only does she focus on all aspects of the body but she also includes relaxation tactics to get you in an amazing mindset, leaving every session feeling positive and confident. She caters each session to meet each individual’s wants and needs and always gives guidance on how to make a given pose more novice or more advanced. She really is the best and would recommend her to everyone!!

Yoga with Ra is magical. Her warm, soft nature and gentle guidance puts you at ease and makes it all seem so much more accessible. She had me in a proper headstand in no time, something that I’d found so intimidating before! Her soothing voice creates a wonderful, peaceful flow experience. She is such a light. As a beginner to yoga I was a bit intimidated to work with a professional and participate in a session with others who were much more experienced. The second we began our flow however, all my concerns and tensions melted away. Ra made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt in my entire life and encouraged me to try new poses I didn’t know I was capable of. Her beautiful and calming presence made me feel so at ease. The flow she had prepared was nothing short of magic. During that hour I felt more beautiful, empowered, and stronger than I ever have.
