- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain jobs we do offer standard pricing. Usually these jobs are the ones that the calculations can be made for square footage of the job. For more complex jobs pricing can not be predetermined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off all is understanding the clients needs and expectations. After all these are understood we would explain the costs involved with the project and timeframe. After everybody is in complete understanding off all terms and expectations a contract, schedule and budget agreement will be signed and approved by all parties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After doing over 50 additions, remodels and new constructions as a landowner, landlord and for business purposes. I decided that I like the challenges involved in the build process more then the business that comes afterwards. I believe that I earned my experience using my own resources rather then others, and after all of this I feel strongly that we can tackle any project big or small.
