Some repairs can be done onsite while others will take a day or more to repair. You may ship your devices to us for repair. We have a 24 to 48 hour turnaround rate. Unless something out of the norm happens. If you are like us, you need your devices to take care of your daily tasks. That's why we do the repairs quick and get your device back to you fast. Seeing a customer smile when the job is done, and doing what I love to do! Taking something that is not working and make it work again.

Bryan was extremely accommodating to all my requests: I felt uncomfortable sending over a large sum of money for the part he needed to repair my Macbook retina screen, so we compromised and he allowed me to pay him half up-front, half upon completion. As soon as the part shipped, Bryan contacted me to get the repair done ASAP, which I appreciated. He then traveled to my work location and made it super easy for me to drop off my laptop while he worked out of the back of his van. Super friendly, super professional. He then let me inspect the job, and didn't hesitate to take another chunk of time to adjust a minor detail that I pointed out. I would highly recommend Bryan because he was prompt and made me feel valued for my business.

During out initial email correspondence Bryan was very responsive and provided a quote for his services. Bryan Harris was beyond fantastic. He came to my house, fixed my phone, generously included a screen protector and offered to stand behind my phone fix. A few weeks later the baby knocked my phone off the table and the screen protector cracked. He said, "No problem!" A few days later, two higher quality screen protectors arrived in the mail. He reminded me that if I have any difficulty placing the protector on the screen, he'd drive the hour's drive from his place to mine to help me. He's a good guy.

When I was in high school I took a vocational class for 3 years called diversified technologies. This was the study of computers, writing computer programs, networking, CNC machines, robotics, and automation of pneumatic and hydraulics equipment.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please be specific with your problems. Provide the make and model number of the device and it's color if it applies. This will help the provider get to the root of your problem and give a more precise quote.
