- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What we quote you is what you'll pay when the job is completed. We never bait and switch and it pains us to hear about bad experiences customers have had in our industry. We do our research ahead of time to give you the final cost of the project. We are not the cheapest service in town because we are not expecting you to want the lowest service available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love receiving new inquiries about our services. Our office staff responds right away and sets up a time for us to stop by to quote your project. Our friendly lead technician will stop by, measure everything out and give you a few different options that will suit your needs and budget. Our technician then can schedule the service with you for a future date that works for you. At the day of service, we come uniformed to perform the work, and only after you are satisfied with the work we can take a payment in the form of check or debit/credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've found that experience is the best trainer you can find. Our guys have cleaned thousands of windows, gutters and driveways over the last 10+ years. At this point there is nothing they haven't seen . Every project is different and we approach it as so. The awe from you is what we are going for and we don't leave until you are fully satisfied.
