Awesome trainer!! I've worked with a few over the years and wanted someone to help me get back to my pre-Covid shape, and Jonathan has been great! He's friendly, responsive, and really listens to what you want and need to set up a program that helps you see results without overextending or injuring yourself! The workouts always feel accessible and he adapts to any issues that do come up. Easy to talk to, too! Highly recommend. I've lost weight and inches at an amazing rate, and I don't feel like I've been exhausting myself with effort. Best experience I've had.

I just started working with Johnathan a few weeks ago, but can’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly responsive - I reached out to him on a Thursday afternoon, he met me Friday morning for an assessment and to discuss my fitness goals, and by the following Tuesday we were in the gym together with a personalized 5-days-a-week plan for me to execute. If you’re completely new to working out, as I was, he makes everything simple, approachable, and easy to understand. I can tell he is truly invested in my success, as he reaches out regularly to see how I’m feeling and whether I have any questions. If you’re on the fence about getting a trainer (I definitely was) do yourself a favor and call Johnathan.

My experience has been great. He utilized a very efficient workout routine that quickly increased my strength and endurance. He demonstrates proficiency in technique, form, and overall health related issues. I'm seeing and feeling results in just a couple months. He also was able to train in a way to undue some negative side effects of an old injury, relieving pain I had in my lower leg. Overall great guy with lots of knowledge and good communication skills. 10 out of 10

I have been incredibly pleased with Jonathan's flexibility with scheduling and ensuring that my workouts are tailored to my needs. I am now working with him five days a week and have noticed more energy; I'm feeling stronger and am seeing results.

I've had a few sessions with Jonathan now and I've been having a good time. He's a chill guy who knows his stuff. I think he's picked a good pace for me and finds a balance between working but not overdoing. He's also good about modifying weaker areas. Nutrition counseling is a plus.
