Thanks a million for your kind words, but I feel you deserve the credit for doing the legwork for your client.
There aren't many brokers who would do so much work to vet a radon mitigator for a property with a radon level of 67 pCi/l. That's the same as smoking almost 7 packs of cigarettes every day or getting 3,350 chest X-rays each year. Most hospitals will restrict you to 4 x-rays a year. It's a wonder your clients didn't cancel that transaction.
You held it together.
You knew radon should never be a "deal killer" so you reached out to us and grilled us on our radon level guarantee of 1.7 pCi/l. Even though you seemed convinced that we were the right company for the job, I felt it was still a leap of faith. You conveyed how you felt to your clients. Because of the trust they had in you, they closed on the home. Then they hired us to install our SafeAir™ system.
We designed a three suction point system. A primary system composed of a sub-slab system for the main living area slab and a lateral suction point under the garage. We ran a branch off the primary system to a RadonWell™ we installed in the exposed crawlspace. We separated the RadonWell™ from the primary suction pipe with a gate valve to modulate the suction to that leg of the system. All three suction points were run to a high-performance radon fan, which we installed under our exclusive sound-dampening fan cover.
Long story short, our whisper quiet SafeAir™ system reduced the radon level from 67 pCi/l to 0.4 pCi/l. That's a 99.4% radon reduction.

This was a great experience! Lawrence and his team were wonderful! They came out to perform the bid and put in the system all in the same day! They were very professional, walked us through what they were going to do and why given the radon levels we had and the structure of our house before starting. Once completed they oriented us to the entire system and all care/maintenance. The system is very quiet and they were very conscious to build it close to the wall in case we ever wanted to finish that room/"crawl space" downstairs where the system is located. Follow up testing demonstrate our radon levels went from 67pCi/L to 0.4uCi/L! I would highly recommend them to others!

I can't say enough good things about Just Radon. Everybody from the initial call to schedule an appraisal to picking up the post-abatement sensor has been responsive, thorough, informative, and kind. Eric and John, the installers, were fast, professional, neat, and friendly to boot. The installation is beautiful. The sound enclosure around the fan outside is dramatically effective so the system is quiet even standing right next to it. And on the inside of the room where the fan is attached, I hear nothing at all. Post-abatement testing showed a very low level. Highly recommended!

Through the inspection of our home earlier this year it was determined that the radon levels within exceeded the allowable limit.
