I contacted Erika through the ThumbTack app. She responded immediately. We messaged each other a few times then set up a date for the first cleaning. She arrived on time, did a walkthrough and got right to work. She worked efficiently and steadily the entire time she was here. When she was finished she had me inspect her work. I have to say my house is sparkling clean and I can hardly wait for her next visit. She gets FIVE STARS from me.

I wanted a cleaning while I was recovering from surgery. Erika was able to come fairly soon after I sent the request. She was extremely responsive, punctual, and did all the tasks I asked for that were difficult for me to do with limits on what I could lift. Erika brought her sister, which was great since they could finish quickly. My condominium looked and smelled sparkling clean when I got home!
