- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and the time required to complete the work. Deep cleans, move-outs, and homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while typically take more time than ongoing maintenance visits. We’re always transparent about pricing before the job begins. Recurring clients often receive preferred hourly rates, while one-time or specialty services like deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or vacation rental turnovers may be priced differently depending on the scope. If a project requires additional tasks such as interior appliances, detailed grout work, or window cleaning, those can be added as needed. Our goal is to provide clear, fair pricing and consistently high-quality work so clients know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and clear. When a new client reaches out, we start by learning about the property, including the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and any areas that require special attention. In some cases we schedule a quick walkthrough, while other projects can be estimated based on photos or details provided. Once we understand the scope of work, we provide a clear quote and schedule the service. Our team arrives fully equipped and follows detailed cleaning systems to ensure consistent results. After the cleaning is complete, we check in to make sure everything met expectations and discuss ongoing service if the client would like to set up a regular schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from years of hands-on experience and developing systems that ensure consistent, high-quality results. Over time I’ve built detailed cleaning protocols and team training that focus on working efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail. I’ve also invested in continuing education through industry resources, professional cleaning training, and business development programs so our team can continually improve our standards and service. Today those systems allow Simpatico Cleaning Services to deliver reliable results for homeowners, vacation rentals, commercial spaces, and post-construction projects across Southern Oregon.
